Owners bring us in early to de-risk scope and protect schedule. We pair design-assist and BIM coordination with local prefabrication, so critical assemblies start sooner, field hours drop, and turnover is predictable. Union crews, rigorous QA/QC, and a safety-first mindset carry the work from planning through startup and into service.

Every person on our sites has stop‑work authority. Our supervisors lead daily huddles and JSAs before work begins, and we invest in OSHA 10/30 training for 100% of our craft and supervisors. We also push high‑risk scopes into our controlled prefab shops to reduce work‑at‑height and hot‑work exposure. The result: zero fatalities and zero OSHA citations over the past three years, with recordable‑free streaks including “No Injury November” in 2024.
